"Music is the heartbeat of the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival—bringing artists, audiences, and our community together through unforgettable performances that celebrate the creativity, diversity, and cultural spirit of Dallas."

Your Music. Your Stage. Your Opportunity.

The Creatives Factory proudly leads artist development and music programming for the DDAMF, helping discover, support, and showcase talented musicians from across North Texas.

Our mission is simple: “Create meaningful opportunities for artists to perform, grow their audience, and connect with the Dallas creative community.

Every performer selected for DDAMF becomes part of a professionally produced festival that celebrates original music, artistic expression, and the incredible talent shaping our region. From emerging artists to established performers, we're committed to providing a platform where musicians can share their passion, build new relationships, and create memorable experiences for thousands of festival attendees.

If you're ready to take the stage and be part of one of Downtown Dallas' premier free arts and music festivals, we'd love to hear your story.

Submit your music. Share your talent. Join the DDAMF community.

Dallas has one of the most diverse and vibrant music scenes anywhere. There are talented artists here creating across so many genres, cultures, and creative perspectives. The Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival is about bringing that diversity to the forefront by giving local artists a stage and giving the community a chance to experience the incredible talent that exists right here in DFW. At The Creatives Factory, we believe in cultivating artists and connecting them with real opportunities, and this festival is a powerful way to do exactly that.

At The Creatives Factory, we’ve always believed that artists need more than talent—they need opportunity. Creating platforms like the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival allows us to open doors for emerging performers to step onto a professional stage, connect with new audiences, and be part of the cultural energy that makes Dallas such a vibrant creative city. Supporting the next generation of artists isn’t just something we do, it’s part of our mission.

Experience the ART of DJing

“We’re incredibly excited for Soundworks to be part of the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival and to continue being an active part of the Dallas creative community. Music and the art of DJing have an incredible ability to bring people together, and we’re passionate about making that experience accessible to everyone. We hope that by sharing what we love, we can inspire the next wave of DJs and music creators right here in Dallas.”

This weekend, Texas Music Project is bringing “My First Ukulele” to the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival- DDAMF!

In collaboration with Can'd Aid and Greenhill School’s Music for a Cause, we're giving young musicians an opportunity to experience the joy of making music for the very first time.

A select group of students will have the opportunity to:

• Receive a FREE introductory ukulele lesson

• Paint and personalize their own ukulele

• Learn their first chords and songs

• Take home beginner lesson materials

• And take home their very own ukulele to continue learning!

Join Texas Music Project this weekend, September 12, at Main Street Garden Park for the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival and help us celebrate music, creativity, and community.

The next generation of musicians starts here.

Can’t join us this weekend? You can still be part of the journey. Your donation helps Texas Music Project put instruments, music education, and new opportunities into the hands of children across our communities.
